Min. of 5-year experience in Real Estate Marketing
Experience in working with large cross-functional real estate professional service firm and/or global prime real estate agency
Track record of developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns achieving high ROI, on time and within budget
Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgement to inform planning and tactical decision making
Previous experience utilising marketing tools within CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
Strong project management and delivering execution excellence
Familiarity with analytics platforms, a track record of distilling actionable insights from data
An adaptable and flexible style of collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders
The ability to think conceptually and write a clear creative brief that inspires supplier agencies or our design team to produce materials that will appeal to the client
Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable
Can-do attitude with ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, as required.
High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Canva & Excel
