Bachelor’s degree and above.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant fields, including strategy, strategy operations, operations management, and consulting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Quick learner, with strong structured thinking and strategic planning skills.
Experience in designing training programs and communication strategies is preferred.
