Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Energy Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Have 5+ years of experience in physical oil trading with a focus on commodities, and a strong track record of profitable deals.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of commodity market dynamics, including supply chains, pricing structures, and trade documentation.
Possess excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing complex transactions.
Have established relationships with key market participants (suppliers, refineries, and customers).
Be knowledgeable in international trade regulations and logistics management.
Exhibit strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
