Qualifications
Bachelors or Honours Degree (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience
10+ yrs Aviation Security Experience
10+ yrs Training Management Experience
Training Experience (Aviation Security Preferred)
Knowledge/skills
Knowledge of aviation security standards and industry best practice
Knowledge of Quality Assurance
Established professional relationships with stakeholders and training organisations
Experience in a learning and training environment with large cross functional projects
Expertise in safety and emergency procedures preferred
