Candidate must have a Degree in Marketing with at least 12+ years’ work experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a similar role. Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, including marketing strategy, plan and budget creation and management.

Expertise in the various disciplines of Marketing Communication such as advertising, media, direct marketing, below the line & online and digital advertising, and social media marketing.
Strong effective communicator with excellent writing skills in English. Arabic skills are a plus but not critical.
Prior experience in leading, setting up and driving marketing automation.
Ability to direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including defining and implementing methodologies within defined timelines and budgets.
Expert in social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
Expertise working in the field of new media from a content perspective, including design, preferably in a large organisation.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience working with cross-functional with multinational teams and external agencies.
