Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior client relationship management role, preferably within a multinational or professional services environment
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving client satisfaction and retention
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred
