Bachelor’s degree or MSc. in Real Estate or equivalent
Full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Associate RICS Member
Experience:
5-6 years’ experience in real estate valuations.
Excellent valuation modelling skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
