Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of managing online distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
Experience in revenue management or digital marketing is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of online booking engines, distribution systems, and channel management tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, hotel property management systems (PMS), and revenue management systems (RMS).
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with online analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of website optimization techniques and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
